I believe that the skills deficiency in both the public and private sectors have created the opportunity for professionals like myself to facilitate, empower and build capacity in these sectors. My philosophy and commitment ensure honest, ethical, and sound corporate governance based on principled moral values. My work ethic is rooted in a strong belief in justice and equality developed during the struggle against apartheid and a commitment to the transformation of society.
I am passionate about empowering youth and communities through skills development, work readiness and adult literacy programmes to become active citizens in their communities. I am committed to building capacity and facilitating processes to strengthen participation in transforming society. My work philosophy is shaped by my belief in being part of a broader community that strives towards building a just, equal, anti- racist and transformed society.
